1. Is this for men only?
No. Operation Blacksite is open to anyone who’s serious about leveling up their training and leadership. While most attendees are men, we regularly have women join us who want to be more prepared, more confident, and more capable in high-pressure situations.
2. I already know a lot of the instructors, or could get to know them in other ways without joining the group.
Knowing the instructors is one thing. Training alongside them for 3 days straight, in a high-intensity environment where every drill builds on the next—that’s a completely different experience. This isn’t just about information. It’s about repetition, instinct, pressure, and leadership under stress.
3. I already know what I need to do and I need to stay focused. I don’t want to join a group that will distract me and take me off course.

Do I need a military or tactical background to attend?
Not at all. Most attendees are entrepreneurs, business owners, and protectors who’ve never done this kind of training before. Every drill is adjusted to your experience and physical ability. You’ll be challenged, supported, and leave sharper than you came.
I’m not in shape — will I be able to keep up?
Yes. This is not a bootcamp. Our instructors meet you where you’re at and tailor everything to your level. You’ll be pushed outside your comfort zone, but you’ll never be left behind.
What’s included in the training?
You’ll learn hand-to-hand combat, weapons handling, evasion skills, hostage escape, room clearing, situational awareness, and leadership under pressure. It’s not theory — it’s all hands-on, real-world training.
Will there be live fire or firearms training?
Due to California law, we use state-of-the-art Airsoft and tactical sim environments to replicate real-world scenarios with total safety. Many of our instructors say it’s even more effective for skill building than live fire.
What’s the schedule like for the weekend?
Day one registration opens at 4PM. Training begins that evening and continues through Sunday. Expect full days of training, nightly networking, and meaningful conversations around the fire with elite performers. Final session ends Sunday by 5PM so you can catch a flight.
Who will be training me?
Every session is taught by elite professionals — Navy SEALs, Green Berets, combat instructors, and world-class fighters. These aren’t keynote speakers. They’re hands-on mentors.
What if I’m already a high performer?
